Software Developer

Want to hack on large-scale systems? An ideal candidate would:

Have strong software architecture and development skills. It doesn't matter if you don't have specific experience with our technologies.
Wear multiple hats. Do frontend optimization one day, DB schema design the next.
Be self-motivated, creative, and enthusiastic.
Be comfortable working in a team software environment, using collaboration tools like git, bug trackers, and group chats.

Graphic Designer

Do you dream of a beautiful internet? Do you lie awake at night frustrated because your favorite blog has uneven whitespace?

We're looking for:

Strong visual and creative design talent
Web-specific interface design experience
Downright obsessive attention to detail
HTML/CSS skills a plus, but not required
